Introducing our exclusive shnëdz cookbook! The recipes have been crafted by our team in collaboration with RP Culinary School and approved by many happy eaters. While shnëdz is plant-based, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allium-free, and halal, not all recipes in the book are strictly so.
We guarantee they’re vegetarian, but feel free to make swaps to suit your diet—think Planta instead of butter or plant-based cream instead of cooking cream. Enjoy the flexibility and bold flavours in every dish!
