COAT FROZEN PROTEIN

Prepare a well-mixed sauce with the right consistency to coat the protein, customising flavours from savoury marinades to aromatic spice blends.

Evenly distribute the prepared sauce over the frozen protein, ensuring full coverage for optimal flavour absorption. Proper coating enhances taste and texture during the cooking process.

STEAM-BAKE TO PERFECTION

Place the coated protein in the industrial steam bake oven at 100°C and cook for 8 minutes, ensuring thorough cooking while retaining moisture and flavour. (Cooking time may vary depending on equipment and method.)
